What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures and site policies
• respond to incidents and customer concerns
• patrol sales floors, common areas, loading and receiving areas, parking areas, and the perimeter
• monitor access points and report suspicious behavior or policy violations
• complete activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation.
