Maintenance Supervisor — Apartment Community

What you'll do

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance
• diagnose and repair defects
• prepare vacant apartments for move-in
• coordinate vendors and contractors
• track maintenance supplies and inventory
• schedule and train maintenance staff
• inspect property and common areas
• repair occupied and vacant apartments
• complete required property management software reporting
• participate in required after-hours on-call rotation and respond to emergencies.
