What you'll do
- Inspect multifamily, healthcare, and other commercial properties
- evaluate building systems and identify deficiencies, deferred maintenance, and life-safety concerns
- recommend repairs and capital improvements
- prepare ASTM-compliant Property Condition Assessment reports and assist with CNAs and PCNAs
- manage project schedules, budgets, client communication, and deliverables
- mentor junior staff as needed.
