What you'll do

• Manage commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• oversee schedules, budgets, cost control, quality assurance, and construction activities
• coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel
• prepare schedules, budgets, cost reports, change orders, and progress billings
• administer contracts and project documentation
• monitor code, specification, and safety compliance
• address risks and project issues
• guide project engineers, superintendents, and field staff.
