What you'll do

• Direct contact center operations across voice and digital channels
• execute a multi-year service operations strategy
• lead distributed leaders and develop an accountable remote culture
• establish performance frameworks for service levels, quality, accuracy, resolution, and cost
• use analytics to identify trends and risks
• collaborate on compliant processes and technology roadmaps
• oversee workforce planning and budgets
• coach leaders and plan succession
• ensure regulatory and financial compliance.
