What you'll do

• Maintain the integrated project plan, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical-path activities
• coordinate day-to-day work across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Security, Data, Change Management, and implementation partners
• schedule and facilitate meetings and decision forums
• prepare agendas and track decisions, actions, owners, and completion
• maintain governance materials, reports, dashboards, and RAID and decision logs
• track and escalate risks and issues with recommended next steps
• monitor workstream progress and identify conflicts and resource constraints
• support requirements, design, configuration, data conversion, integration, testing, training, deployment, and stabilization
• coordinate testing, defect management, readiness checkpoints, and deliverable reviews
• support change control and stakeholder communications.
