What you'll do

• Empower volunteer coaches to lead practices focused on fundamentals, skill development, and fun. Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values
• supervise the designated sport’s game-day operation
• and provide positive customer service. Observe, assess, and assist coaches and help ensure player safety.
