What you'll do

• Process repair sales orders for customer-owned property and follow each order through shipment
• verify billing, shipping, payment, pricing, and shipping-method details
• maintain order-retention files
• coordinate with other departments to resolve routine order problems
• request updated customer information
• provide quotes and repair-status, ship-date, and tracking updates
• assist with training less experienced employees.
