What you'll do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting, engagement, and retention
• develop employee well-being and culture strategies
• partner with directors on leadership and development programs
• oversee compliance, safety, and professional development training
• administer payroll and benefits
• maintain HR policies and manuals
• support CARF accreditation and emergency preparedness
• ensure employment-law compliance
• supervise HR assistant and volunteers.
