The Direct Support Professional — Community Day Program role is onsite in Westborough, MA, with pay of $18–$22 per hour. What you'll do

• Support daily living activities and teach independence skills
• advocate for participants' rights, preferences, and dignity
• support community, social, and vocational activities
• drive agency passenger vans on scheduled routes and assist with boarding and disembarking
• complete documentation under program and Massachusetts DDS guidelines
• maintain confidentiality
• communicate with supervisors, guardians, and community partners.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED, age 18 or older, at least one year supporting individuals with disabilities, a valid driver's license and clean driving record, and familiarity with DDS regulations and Medicaid waiver programs are required. CPR/First Aid training is provided if needed.
