What you'll do

• Lead the school’s strategic vision and academic planning
• guide development, implementation, and evaluation of academic programs
• support faculty, department chairs, and program directors
• promote enrollment growth and community partnerships
• oversee resources and budget
• ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance, including CACREP and Texas Education Agency requirements.
