What you'll do

• Manage daily operations to meet contract requirements
• ensure employees, subcontractors, and vendors comply with contract and government rules
• serve as the government point of contact
• manage contract budgets and process efficiency
• schedule personnel and approve timecards
• manage supplies, equipment, and vehicles
• guide and evaluate employees
• provide safety and equipment training
• maintain AbilityOne ratio requirements and reports
• complete inspections and logs
• and maintain security, property-control, and safety plans.
