House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required. This is an onsite role in Jeffersonville, IN. The salary is $44,768.00 per person per year. Milton Hershey School provides an extraordinary, cost-free, career-focused education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. This role exists to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in on-campus homes, creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development.
What you'll do
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules
- Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
- Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
- Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
- Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
What we're looking for
- Education
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience
- High school diploma or GED required; Experience working or volunteering with youth.
