Clinician - ACT

The Clinician is responsible for providing intake services, therapy, and case management services for adults with severe mental illness or dual diagnosis. Uses intensive outreach strategies to engage participants in services. Conducts comprehensive mental health and substance abuse assessments to determine service needs. Formulates treatment plans and implements intervention strategies.
