Apartment Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Respond to tenant and management requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units. Assist with scheduling and performing repairs and unit turns
• document work in the Yardi mobile app
• conduct daily curb-appeal and safety inspections
• and maintain property grounds and common areas. Duties include basic plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repair, cleaning, and inspections.
