What you'll do

• Evaluate loan scenarios and identify restructuring opportunities to meet eligibility requirements and improve approval potential
• review borrower qualifications, loan terms, and documentation
• conduct high-cost loan reviews for compliance concerns
• follow up on loan cancellation requests
• collaborate with underwriting, sales, closing, and operations to resolve loan issues
• communicate recommendations and eligibility considerations
• document restructures, reviews, and cancellation requests
• monitor outstanding requests
• maintain knowledge of proprietary Non-QM credit policies, loan programs, and applicable regulations
• recommend process improvements
• support resolution of complex loan scenarios.
