What you'll do

• Own U.S. commercial distribution strategy and launch readiness
• design the distribution network and coordinate partner onboarding, data readiness, testing, inventory positioning, and launch execution
• lead 3PL selection, contracting, implementation, and ongoing management
• oversee fulfillment, inventory visibility, returns, recalls, and service escalations
• own order-to-cash processes and coordinate financial close inputs
• govern channel data and EDI integrations
• establish performance dashboards and corrective actions
• lead distribution licensing and compliance readiness
• build and mentor the distribution team
• travel approximately 20% for partner visits and launch activities.
