What you'll do

• Inspect the pool and surrounding areas at shift start
• maintain attentive surveillance
• respond to emergencies under facility procedures
• complete incident reports and required records
• enforce safety policies
• perform routine cleaning and maintenance
• inspect rescue and safety equipment
• conduct pool chemical testing and act on results
• participate in required meetings and training.
