Product Complaints Engineer

The engineer evaluates product complaints, documents investigations in accordance with quality-system and regulatory requirements, and determines whether issues require reporting to regulatory agencies. The work supports complaint handling, product quality, and continuous improvement through collaboration with internal teams, manufacturers, healthcare professionals, and regulators.

What you'll do

• Review and evaluate potential medical device complaints
• maintain complaint documentation in line with good documentation practices, QMS requirements, and FDA and other regulations
• assess medical device reporting obligations
• interface with manufacturers, healthcare professionals, internal customers, and regulatory agencies
• participate in audits and CAPA investigations
• coordinate with forensic investigation teams
• generate process-improvement reports
• develop product training aids
• serve as a complaint-handling subject matter expert.
