What you'll do

• Process incoming orders within five business hours
• verify project specifications against approved estimates
• coordinate schedules and on-time delivery
• recommend efficiency improvements
• hold pre-production meetings for large or detailed projects
• prepare and communicate change orders and charges
• verify postal requirements
• manage proofing
• coordinate outside vendors
• maintain customer materials and files
• track and communicate job progress
• coordinate distribution and delivery dates
• document complaints and facilitate corrective action
• complete billing within 48 hours of shipping.
