What you'll do

• Lead the quality organization across company locations
• maintain and improve the Quality Management System, including AS9100 and ISO 9001 compliance
• establish quality strategies and controls
• develop the Quality team
• analyze quality and manufacturing metrics
• lead corrective and preventive actions and continuous improvement
• oversee customer quality issues, supplier performance, and audits.
