What you'll do

• Ensure proficient operation of building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Maintain a documented preventative maintenance program.
• Inspect machinery and electrical rooms for safety.
• Communicate with property management on ongoing work.
• Operate within established budgets.
• Review renovation plans for design conflicts.
• Ensure contracted activities conform to building standards.
• Develop emergency operational procedures.
• Supervise engineering staff, including scheduling and training.
• Respond to building emergencies.
