What you'll do

• Learn products, customer applications, manufacturing processes, and capabilities
• enter and manage customer orders
• prepare quotes and capture specifications
• communicate with existing customers about orders, quotes, status, and issues
• coordinate with production, shipping, and office teams
• maintain customer and order records in ERP/CRM systems
• and help improve processes and documentation.
