Residential Program Manager

What you'll do

• Implement individualized support plans in line with ODP 6100 and 6400 regulations
• supervise and coach Direct Support Professionals
• review medication records
• attend care-related meetings and appointments
• oversee household supplies
• coordinate with families and stakeholders
• maintain documentation and incident reporting
• conduct home visits, staff meetings, and quality checks
• manage scheduling, training, and staffing coverage as needed.
