What you'll do

• Guide and support charge nurses, CNAs, and CMTs
• conduct rounds to monitor resident care and safety
• respond to resident, family, and staff concerns
• collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams
• support infection prevention, medication management, and quality assurance
• ensure regulatory and clinical compliance
• assist with admissions, assessments, incident investigations, and documentation
• make clinical decisions during the shift and respond to emergencies.
