What you'll do

• collaborate on unload, pack out, and pack down
• supervise associates and support customer service
• learn opening and closing procedures, safety and hazmat practices, inventory management, merchandise placement, and daily financial operations
• complete training modules and assessments
• learn staffing, scheduling, performance management, and customer issue resolution.
