What you'll do

• Review, code, and enter vendor invoices
• match invoices to purchase orders and receiving records
• resolve discrepancies
• process weekly payment runs and employee reimbursements
• maintain vendor files
• respond to vendor inquiries
• reconcile AP aging to the general ledger
• assist with month-end close, 1099 filings, audits, and documented procedures.
