The Operations Supervisor – Water Transfer Operations role is onsite in Odessa, TX. Compensation is $21.99–$23.99 per hour. The supervisor oversees water-transfer activities for an assigned operator or account and leads field supervisors, senior technicians, and technicians. The role coordinates people, equipment, schedules, and budgets so field projects run safely and on time. It also serves as the customer’s onsite point of contact and supports operational improvements, team training, and cost control.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day field operations and assigned personnel
• represent Keystone leadership onsite and serve as the client point of contact
• ensure safe setup and operation of water-transfer systems
• plan and budget field resources and schedules
• coordinate with engineering on technical specifications and job-cost analysis
• review and sign daily field tickets and project documentation
• enforce safety policies and train team members
• monitor pumps, valves, fusion machines, and related systems
• drive operational improvements, introduce technologies, and reduce costs.
