What you'll do

• Ensure safety protocols and company policies are followed
• conduct safety checks and report hazards
• partner with QA to verify product quality and food safety
• monitor production processes
• maintain production records and centerline documents
• coordinate breaks, schedules, and workstation assignments
• oversee production areas and address bottlenecks and operator-level equipment issues
• train and coach employees
• direct staff assignments
• verify materials, recipes, and inventory
• track production data and share KPIs. Schedule may require up to six days per week based on business needs.
