What you'll do

• Identify and secure corporate, government, and group business
• maintain key-account relationships and conduct sales calls, prospecting, appointments, site tours, and presentations
• manage RFPs, pricing proposals, contracts, deadlines, and CRM records
• grow assigned accounts and negotiate room-rate agreements
• collaborate with Revenue Management on room revenue, occupancy, and market share
• prepare forecasts and production reports
• coordinate with Front Office and Operations and support brand sales standards and marketing initiatives.
