What you'll do

• Enter ATM deposits and issue ATM checks
• record daily sales
• enter beer and inventory purchases
• process vendor invoices and maintain records
• file house-charge documentation
• assist with counting-room activities
• process accounts payable and vendor payments
• issue checks for performers
• verify ATM records
• assist with payroll and payroll tax reporting
• reconcile accounts
• prepare commission statements and monthly profit-and-loss reports
• file sales tax
• assist with quarterly and year-end payroll filings and documents.
