What you'll do

• Use design software and computer-aided drafting tools to plan, design, and permit municipal/public works projects involving water infrastructure, sanitary sewer, roadways, streetscapes, drainage, and stormwater
• perform civil design analysis and calculations
• prepare or assist with correspondence, cost estimates, and bid documents
• observe and record field conditions and measurements
• incorporate surveys, project documentation, and jurisdiction codes into designs
• modify designs based on feedback
• and provide technical assistance.
