What you'll do

• Develop and deliver complex messages for team members and external audiences
• Translate digital product and CX improvements into narratives
• Build fluency in American’s digital ecosystem and commercial channels
• Develop communications plans and business education campaigns
• Partner with DCX, CX, and Sales teams
• Educate media on American and maintain reporter relationships
• Provide subject-matter support for media inquiries
• Execute communications strategies for sensitive issues
• Provide support and content for company channels.
