What you'll do
- Supervise, train, and guide 10 HVAC technicians
- coordinate with government representatives, subcontractors, and the Project Manager
- oversee commercial HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair, including chillers, air handling units, and make-up air units
- supervise DDC and Siemens building automation systems and commercial boiler service
- oversee pumps and cooling towers
- conduct inspections and audits
- maintain records and work-order closeouts
- assign and prioritize crew work
- review work for technical accuracy
- promote safety compliance.
