Senior Foreman

The Senior Foreman role is onsite in Greensboro, NC, with a base hourly rate of $37–$49 and up to 20% travel. What you'll do

• Help prepare project schedules, site offices, and equipment requirements
• review plans and specifications and develop execution strategies
• schedule, coordinate, and supervise field labor
• plan craft activities and resource needs
• evaluate employee and subcontractor performance
• enforce company procedures and safety standards
• maintain stakeholder communication
• conduct daily site walkdowns
• monitor labor, material, and equipment expenses
• document project performance
• participate in employee training
• lead site safety activities, huddles, incident investigations, and hazard mitigation.
