Manufacturing Technical Associate – 2nd or 3rd Shift

The Manufacturing Technical Associate role is onsite in Fall River, MA, with pay of $25–$40 per hour. The position supports respiratory metered-dose inhaler manufacturing and packaging operations. The associate operates and troubleshoots production equipment while following batch records, standard procedures, current good manufacturing practices, and safety requirements. The role contributes to reliable production, product quality, and continuous improvement through accurate execution and documentation.

What you'll do

• Execute manufacturing and packaging processes according to batch records, SOPs, cGMP, and safety requirements
• set up, adjust, monitor, and troubleshoot MDI equipment
• perform changeovers, line clearances, cleaning, and equipment readiness activities
• handle and reconcile materials
• complete production and equipment documentation
• support investigations, corrective actions, continuous improvement, qualification, validation, and onboarding as assigned
• follow PPE and containment requirements.
