Research and Development Manager

The Research and Development Manager works onsite in Columbus, IN, on a Monday–Friday day schedule. Base salary is $125,000–$135,000 per year, plus bonus. The role leads product development initiatives for a manufacturing organization and supports growth of its R&D function. This hands-on manager guides product and formulation work from concept through implementation, develops a small R&D team, and coordinates with Quality, Regulatory, and Operations. The role helps turn technical findings into compliant products and processes aligned with business priorities.
