It contributes to accurate, timely docket management and consistent handling of complex patent families in collaboration with attorneys, docketing personnel, paralegals, and administrative staff.

What you'll do

• Support attorneys in U.S. patent prosecution
• prepare and file original, continuing, and divisional applications and prosecution submissions through Patent Center
• prepare and process IDSs and other USPTO forms
• review USPTO correspondence
• monitor and confirm deadlines
• maintain bibliographic information, electronic files, and docket data
• manage patent families
• review filings for completeness and compliance
• coordinate with attorneys, docketing personnel, paralegals, and administrative staff
• flag potential filing, procedural, or deadline issues.
