What you'll do

• Meet with the COR as required and address government and contractor procedure issues
• prepare and distribute accurate meeting minutes within two workdays
• coordinate furniture assembly, disassembly, relocation, repair, and inspection
• handle office equipment
• perform basic building support and conference room setup
• provide help desk support and light carpentry or TV mounting as needed
• transport excess furniture and supplies to designated GSA warehouses within a 100-mile NCR radius
• lead material handling staff and ensure safe, compliant workflow.
