What you'll do

• Organize after-build documentation and photos
• complete check-off sheets and shipping information
• validate engineering releases
• coordinate warranty support and installations
• manage customer capacity planning
• follow up with vendors and purchase orders
• maintain capacity and master production plans
• track delayed projects
• host weekly schedule meetings
• prepare pipeline, capacity, and production output reports
• provide design-change feedback
• back up order entry and release processes.
