What you'll do

• Prepare and cook daily meals according to established menus and recipes
• assist with plating, portioning, and serving
• maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen
• report supply shortages and rotate stock
• follow food safety and sanitation regulations
• work with the Kitchen Manager and kitchen team to support efficient service.
