The manager oversees inventory control and develops ICQA associates, using performance data, training, and process improvements to protect inventory accuracy and product integrity. Coordinating issue resolution and site-level safety and quality work helps the fulfillment operation meet service and performance goals.

What you'll do

• Lead daily shift standups and assign ICQA tasks using data
• track progress and provide training
• report practices or issues that could cause inventory loss
• provide process and tool feedback
• coordinate Jira ticket responses with Merchant Care and operations
• oversee hazard and risk analysis, product traceability, inventory accuracy, and product safety conformance
• serve as site contact for product integrity investigations and documentation.
