Product Owner

What you'll do

• Gather business and system requirements with product owners, SMEs, and end users
• conduct gap, feasibility, and impact analyses
• document BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Jira/Confluence
• partner with architects and developers on API specifications, data mappings, and system flows
• use SQL to analyze data and support UAT
• maintain requirements-to-design-to-test traceability
• support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release documentation
• facilitate workshops, demos, and sign-offs
• clarify requirements during development and testing
• manage change requests
• support UAT, production validation, and post-go-live issue triage.
