What you'll do

• Design electrical schematics, diagrams, and layouts for power distribution and control systems
• select components and prepare bills of materials
• build and test prototypes
• coordinate requirements and system integration with project teams
• ensure designs meet applicable codes and certifications
• prepare technical documentation and reports
• troubleshoot manufacturing and completed-product issues
• monitor project quality, budget, schedule, and progress
• communicate with clients and stakeholders.
