What you'll do

• Process accurate and timely payroll for multi-state union and non-union employees
• prepare and submit certified payroll reports and compliance documentation
• review time, classifications, wage rates, fringe benefits, deductions, and hours
• partner with project teams, field supervisors, accounting, and internal departments to resolve questions
• support audits, compliance reviews, reporting, and process improvements
• assist employees and stakeholders while protecting confidential information.
