What you'll do

• Maintain applicant records and recruiting tools
• schedule and conduct phone interviews and coordinate in-person interviews
• communicate with candidates
• support recruitment events and onboarding
• file personnel and medical forms
• administer tuition reimbursement
• assist associates with payroll, technology, benefits, and policy questions
• reconcile invoices
• update payroll-related records
• communicate messages and contribute to newsletters and informational materials
• maintain confidentiality.
