What you'll do

• Coordinate claims from intake through investigation, documentation, and resolution
• liaise with Safety, Legal, Maintenance, and Operations, as well as insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and adjusters
• report claims to insurers and regulatory agencies
• analyze claims data for trends and loss prevention
• prepare reports on claims activity, reserves, and trends
• maintain confidential records and support audits or inquiries.
