What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to GolfSuites standards
• maintain food safety, sanitation, food quality, presentation, and consistency
• stock food products at the line
• keep kitchen workstations clean and organized
• operate dishwashing equipment and wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans
• maintain the dish area
• dispose of trash and recycling
• assist with prep and closing duties as assigned
• work with kitchen and front-of-house team members
• follow company policies and health regulations.
