Packaging Associate, First Shift

The Packaging Associate role is onsite in Hastings, MN. Pay is $20 per hour. The position is with a customer of Hughes Recruiting & Consulting and supports packaging and preparation of natural fertilizer products. The role operates packaging equipment, checks product weights and packaging quality, prepares finished goods for shipment, and records production data. It contributes to daily production goals while maintaining a clean and safe work area and coordinating with production and warehouse teams.

• Operate bagging, sealing, and labeling equipment
• inspect packaging and verify product weights
• palletize finished goods and prepare shipments
• record production data
• coordinate with production and warehouse teams
• maintain clean, organized, safe work areas
• follow safety procedures and use provided PPE.
