What you'll do

• Identify and document maintenance issues
• report equipment problems
• follow maintenance regulations and safety standards
• clean carpets, furniture, bathrooms, walls, windows, and other surfaces
• replace bulbs and fixtures
• transport trash and recyclables
• prepare for inclement weather
• clean drains and gutters
• replenish bathroom supplies
• paint and plaster interiors
• replace handles, locks, and tiles
• remove graffiti
• may trim grass or make minor plumbing and electrical repairs
• may escort clients to appointments.
